Chamomile
Chamomile flowers are age old daisy-like flowers that were used in ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome. Linden (flowers), also known as European lime tree or Tilia, is native to Europe and western Asia. The flowers are very aromatic and contain approximately 1% antioxidant flavonoids. Suggested Use: Adults: Drink 1 cup of tea, up to 3 times daily. Use 1 tea bag per cup. To extract most of the beneficial ingredients from the herbs, boil water with the tea bag in it. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes and squeeze the bag well.
