ARI Plasma sterilizer takes H2O2 as a sterilizing agent and forms a plasmatic state of H2O2 by electromagnetic field under low temperature. It combines both gaseous and plasmatic H2O2 to make sterilization for the items in the chamber and decomposes the residual H2O2 after sterilization.

It is widely used in CSSD or other medical institutes for sterilizing electric wire and cable, optical glasses and glass lenses, power equipment and batteries, endoscopes, catheter, non-metallic, and other wet or heat-sensitive instruments.

Application:

The sterilizer is applicable to sterilize medical instruments that are thermo-labile or non-moisture tight. It does not apply to sterilizing liquid, powder, or cotton fabrics. This sterilizer can process all the medical instruments that meet the following conditions.

* Low-temperature sterilization

The sterilization temperature is 50±5℃, which is much lower than steam sterilization. It is dry sterilization that does not harm the instrument, so it extends the device's service life.

After sterilization, water and oxygen molecules have no toxic harm to staff or patients, and there is no need for drainage or air exhaustion. High efficient H2O2 filter is installed in the exhausting outlet to guarantee no H2O2 pollution to the environment.

Only a power supply is needed for installation. The system adopts a man-machine control interface with an intelligent program design.

The door structure of the sterilizer is customizable (single or double door). To meet pharmaceutical factory needs, chamber material can be stainless steel.

The chamber adopts alloy material with good thermal conductivity to guarantee a stable temperature in the chamber. The purification system makes the H2O2 diffused uniformly. The low-temperature storage system provides a steady concentration of H2O2.

The 2048M storage (optional) can store original data for inquiring. Mini printers can be used to print operation data timely. Two types of record methods guarantee the data is 100% acquirable.
